PROJECT 1

Overhaul of four Volvo Penta D16 engines carried out at a shipyard in Rio de Janeiro, in partnership with ARMAZÉM MOTORES. The service consisted of the complete disassembly of the engines, including removal of the cylinder block and crankshaft. Maintenance was also carried out on other major components at our repair center in Rio de Janeiro, such as the cylinder head, coolers, turbocharger, and engine driven pumps.

The entire project was carried out with the monitoring of our project manager, with daily feedback to the client and with the most diverse forms and control sheets.
